Rapidrop partnership with Peterborough United
We are pleased to announce a new partnership agreement with Peterborough United (PUFC). This collaboration represents far more than a traditional sponsorship, it reflects a shared commitment to supporting the local community and investing in the development of athletes at every level.
Peterborough United officially came into being on 17th May 1934 when a crowded meeting at the city's now long demolished Angel Hotel decided to go ahead with the formation of a new professional club to fill a void left by the collapse of Peterborough and Fletton United some 19 months earlier. The club play in League One in the EFL, and their nickname is "The Posh".
Under the new agreement, Rapidrop will become an official partner of the men’s senior team, while also extending support across the women’s teams and academy. By ensuring that all age groups, both men’s and women’s squads, benefit from the partnership, Rapidrop reinforces its dedication to promoting inclusivity, growth, and opportunity throughout local sport.
The collaboration will also offer unique opportunities for Rapidrop employees, customers, and partners. Through access to match days, training ground activities, and community programmes run by the club, the partnership will create memorable experiences and further strengthen Rapidrop’s engagement with the region.
