We’re delighted to welcome Tracey Dempster to Rapidrop!

Tracey joins us as our new Head of Portfolio and Markets, a key role created as part of our continued growth plans.

She will work across our global business to ensure our portfolio continues to evolve in line with both current and future market demands. Tracey will also be building a dedicated team to collaborate with customers, suppliers, and industry partners—identifying new opportunities, prioritising them, and working cross-functionally to bring them to life.

In addition, Tracey will also oversee our Marketing, driving its development to support our ambitions for greater global reach and growth.

Tracey brings a wealth of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Development and Marketing. She joins us from TER Chemicals, where she was Head of Product Management and previously held the role of Marketing and Customer Experience Director at Saint-Gobain Weber.

As a member of our Executive Team, Tracey will play a pivotal role in shaping our future direction.
