Significant Milestones For Two Rapidrop Global Ltd Businesses.

It’s a time of celebration for Rapidrop Global Ltd as two of our businesses celebrate anniversary milestones later this year.

IFI was originally born from a group of companies in 1983 before it was purchased by Daniel Gill in 1987. IFI quickly became a key partner in the UK OEM manufacturing industry and continues to serve the fenestration industry to this day.

Now reaching the 40 year anniversary milestone this coming September, IFI has grown to providing not only fasteners and fixings but a wide range of building materials including silicones and adhesives.

Adding to the celebrations, Rapidrop also reaches a 20 year anniversary in October. Born from our signature product, the flexible sprinkler hose, which was developed in 1998 and the company officially formed in 2003. Growing to now include an on-site testing facility and sprinkler head production allowing us to serve in excess of 80 countries with a team speaking more than 15 languages.

Bringing together both IFI and Rapidrop under one umbrella, the group became Rapidrop Global Ltd and continues to be a family owned business. There are many members of staff that have been with the business for an exceptional period of time, with our longest serving member of staff having been with the business for 35 years.

Over the coming weeks, as we reach the anniversary of both companies, we will be celebrating not only our business but also our staff too.
