Quarter of a century service milestone for IFI National Sales Manager

Joining IFI in the early days as a teenager, Jason has grown from strength to strength over the years. Now heading up the IFI sales team and accumulating 25 years of service with the business. 

As the business celebrates 40 years of business with IFI and 20 years with Rapidrop, Jason shares his journey with the company.

Can you tell us a little about your role/history with the company?

As a teenager, I worked at a local pub which was frequented by Phil Hall, Mark Smith and Mark Calpin. I was offered a job boxing screws until I approached Daniel Gill, the owner at the time, about other opportunities and I’ve worked in sales ever since.

What’s one of your favorite memories while working here?

Daniel Gill selling me an ex- company car Honda Integra with pop up lights for £1.00.

When I see people develop and progress in their career

Working for Daniel Gill, he loved and cared for his staff and helped us develop.  I’ve also had many great days, with Phil Hall, Mark Calpin and Mark Smith
